Require Signature Before Completing a Work Order

MVP can require users to enter a signature before completing any Work Orders. This requirement can be completed via the Action > Sign function on Work Orders (while using a computer) or via the sign option on Work Orders within Mobile CMMS.

 

In order to ensure that users may enter a signature before completing a Work Order, use the following steps when logged in as an Admin user:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Work.
  4. Select the Work Flow section.
  5. Set "Require Signature Before Completing a Work Order" to Yes.
  6. Select Save.
Note: The Action > Sign function availability is determined by a users' Role setup. If the function is unavailable, you'll need to have an Admin adjust the users' Role setup.
