Repairable Spare Groups allow users to organize similar Repairable Spares together. In these groups Repairable Spares will be listed and totaled by their Status (Up, Down, and Storage).

 

Creating New Repairable Spare Groups

 

To create a Repairable Spare Group use the following steps:

1. Select Assets.
2. Select Repairable Spare Groups.
3. Select New.
4. Enter a Repairable Spare Group ID.
5. Enter a Description and add additional notes.
6. Select Save.

 

To add Repairable Spares to a Repairable Spare Group use the following steps:

1. Select Assets.
2. Select Repairable Spares.
3. Select the Repairable Spare ID you wish to add to the Repairable Spare Group.
4. Select the Edit button.
5. Select the Repairable Spare Group Field and enter the Repairable Spare Group ID.
6. Select Save. 

 

 

How to Fill Out a Repairable Spare Group Record

 

General

RS Group ID: This field determines the name of the RS Group.

Description: This field can be used to provide additional details about the RS Group.

Notes: This field allows users to input any additional notes and information about the RS Group.

 

 

Up: This provides a numerical value of how many RS in the group are currently Up. The specific RS IDs are also provided.

Down: This provides a numerical value of how many RS in the group are currently Down. The specific RS IDs are also provided.

Storage: This provides a numerical value of how many RS in the group are currently in Storage. The specific RS IDs are also provided.
