Materials allow Users to add costs for Services or Parts that are not maintained in MVP itself.

If you need to remove these Material costs you can do so with the following steps:

  1. Select Work (from the side menu).
  2. Select Work Orders.
  3. Navigate to the Work Order.
  4. Select Action.
  5. Add Actual Material.
  6. Enter Material ID.
  7. Enter a Negative value for the Total Cost.
  8. Select OK.
This will add a negative transaction to the Material costs which will negate previous transactions.
