This article will give a brief description of the Purchase Order Line Items report and list the fields included in the report.

This report can be found under My Reports (Legacy) > Purchasing> Lists> Line Items.

Title	The value entered will be displayed at the top of the report.
Footer	The value entered will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
Columns to Display	The values checked will display those columns when the report is generated.
Range	The value chosen will be used for the date range, or "Use Dates" will use the Start and End Dates.
Start Date	The value entered will be the start of the date range when using "Use Dates".
Finish Date	The report will return results in which the chosen date field is between the start and end dates.
Filter Date	The report will return results in which the chosen date field is between the start and end dates.
Vendor ID	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Accounts	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Group By	The report will group the results based on the field chosen here.
PO Type	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Part Type	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Show Only Unreceived	When set to True only unreceived Line Items will be returned on the report.
Show Only Overreceived	When set to True only over received Line Items will be returned on the report.
Status	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
State	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Receive To Type	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Receive To ID	The report will return results matching the value entered here.
Part Service ID	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Show Logo?	When set to Yes the company logo (from the Purchasing Settings) will be displayed.
Department	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Cost Center	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
