The Purchase Order History Action Menu can be accessed by using the following steps:

  1. Purchasing
  2.  Select PO History
  3.  Select a specific Purchase Order
  4. Select the Action button

 

 

Action

Add Shipping Cost

This action will allow you to add a Shipping Cost to the selected closed Purchase Order.

 

 

Invoice

 

This action will allow you to Invoice the selected closed Purchase Order.

 

 

Print Receiver


This action will allow you to Print a Receiver for one of the selected Purchase Order's receipts. 

 

 

Reorder

This action will allow you to create a copy of the selected closed Purchase Order.
