Part records can be accessed from the MVP One Mobile App using the Search function. After opening a Part record various actions can be performed including Part Checkouts.

 

Part Check Out

This action will allow users to checkout a Part to a Work Order, Asset, or Cost Center. 

 

After selecting the Checkout action, users will be prompted to select a specific Warehouse and Stock Location to check the part out from. Additionally, users must select a Charge to Type, Quantity, and Charge To ID. Once these are selected, use the Check Out action in the bottom right to complete the transaction. If a WO timer is active, the "Charge To" WO field will autofill with the current WO's information. 

 

 

Upload Photo

This option can be selected to upload a new profile image to a Part record. Adding a profile image allows users to easily identify the Part.

 

 

Stock

The Stock section will allow you to view where a Part is stored in MVP One. This will allow you to view the Warehouse, Stock Location, and the Quantity of the part stored in that location.

 

 

Attachments

This section will allow users to attach images to the Part record. Select the plus sign symbol under "Photos" to attach an image. This will give you the choice to take a photo using your device's camera, or upload an existing image saved on your device.
