Use the following steps to create a Part List: Select Administration.Select Part List.Select New.Enter a Part List ID.Select Add Parts to individually add Parts to the list from Inventory. Or Select the Groups tab and add Parts by Groups (Part Type, Warehouse, Account Codes).Select Save. Use the following steps to apply a Part List to a user: Select Administration.Select Users.Edit a User.Under the Part List ID field select a Part List from the dropdown.
