Transferring stock items from one warehouse to another warehouse (or Stock Location) is done through the Move action on a Part.
 
In order to Move a Part use the following steps:
  1. Select Inventory (from the side menu bar).
  2. Select Parts.
  3. On the Part you wish to Move select "Action".
  4. Select Move.
  5. Select from where the part will be moved, and to where it is going.
