MVP One currently supports two different mobile apps. The older app, MVP Mobile CMMS, is still supported but will receive no new updates. At some point this older app will be permanently decommissioned. 

MVP One's newest mobile app is MVP One Mobile. This app is our recommended mobile solution and includes all mobile functions that the older app supported. 

 

The Mobile CMMS (Legacy) app supports core maintenance functions, including downloading Work Orders, creating new WOs and WRs, searching for Assets, and more. The legacy app is fully offline‑capable, allowing users to perform work and later upload pending transactions once reconnected. Overall, it provides essential mobile maintenance functionality but relies on older, more manual synchronization and navigation patterns.

 

The MVP One Mobile App delivers a modern, streamlined mobile maintenance experience with full support for Work Orders, Work Requests, labor tracking, asset management, and inventory operations. Users can create WOs and WRs directly from the app, start/stop work to auto‑calculate labor, manually add labor or team members, record downtime, and manage all assigned Work Orders from the My Work Orders dashboard.

Beyond Work Orders, the app provides deep asset functionality, allowing users to search for Assets, view maintenance history, open Spare Parts Lists, and create new WOs directly from an Asset record. The enhanced Search feature allows users to find records across multiple fields, with optional filtering for faster navigation. Exclusive features like Huddle make communication on Work Orders more efficient. Overall, the MVP One Mobile App offers a complete, modernized maintenance workflow designed for speed, clarity, and usability.
