This article will explain how to manage which Mobile Devices can login to the MVP One Mobile App. This will include controlling the registration and inactivation of devices.

Mobile Device Registration is controlled from the Mobil Devices page on the MVP One site. This page will allow Admin Users to enable or disable device registration, and remove devices from the active list.

Please note that one device will only be counted as using one mobile license, even if it's registered on old and new MVP One apps. 

 

 

Enabling Device Registration

  1. Select Administration in the bottom left.
  2. Select Mobile Devices.
  3. Select the minus symbol under Mobile Devices to enable device registration.
  4. If the message reads "Mobile Device Registration Enabled" then the process is complete.
