InformationTitleInventory Stock WipeContentContentIn rare cases, MVP customers may need to reset their Inventory Stock to a blank slate. This would remove all of the Inventory Stock data entered into your MVP site and allow you to import Inventory data back in without any restrictions. One such case where this action may need to be performed is if many incorrect stock transactions have been entered into MVP. One process that could be used to fix this issue would be by Exporting out all current stock data, performing the Inventory wipe, and then importing the Stock data back in with any corrections that needed to be made. As a note, when MVP One performs an Inventory wipe we will wipe the Inventory data of your Parts, and all Replenishment data. To have MVP One perform an Inventory Wipe, please use the following steps, Export all of your current Inventory Stock information. You can do this by exporting the Data from My Reports Go to your User IconMy ReportsExport/Import Parts - Inventory Export to Excel 2003 Or the Data can be exported using MVP One's Reports section AdministrationReporting> ReportsFrom the Reports column, choose Export - Part InventoryExport To Excel Export all of your current Inventory Replenishment information. You can do this by exporting the data from My Reports Go to your User IconMy ReportsExport/Import Parts - Replenishment Export to Excel 2003 Or the Data can be exported using MVP One's Reports section AdministrationReporting> ReportsFrom the Reports column choose Export - Part ReplenishmentExport To Excel Once all of your inventory Data and Replenishment data have been exported to Excel, edit all of the necessary stock information and save your documents.For the wipe to be performed by MVP One, the Inventory Wipe Confirmation form must be filled out, and sent to the MVP One Support Team (Support@MVPOne.com) That form can be downloaded here: Inventory WipeAs a Note, once the Inventory Wipe is performed, it will wipe all Part Stock Data and all Part Replenishment Data. Once the wipe has been submitted to the MVP One Support Team they will reach out to you via email once the wipe has been completed.After the wipe has been completed, you can import your corrected data using the MVP One Import Wizard Overview. To access the Import Wizard. Administration Import Wizard Choose Part InventoryNextUpload your documentNextProcess the import. Repeat Steps a-e above for Part Replenishment.
