This article explains how to inactivate a People Record. This will prevent the associated User from logging into MVP or being assigned to Work Orders.

Inactivate User's People Record

If a User's People Record is inactivated they can no longer log into MVP, nor will they be available to be assigned Work Orders.

Use the following steps to Inactivate a People Record:
  1. Select People
  2. Select the appropriate People type (Maintenance, Requestor, etc).
  3. Navigate to the appropriate People ID.
  4. Select the Inactivate action.

This will inactivate the People record and move it to the bottom of the list.
