Users may need to install the MVP One Mobile app onto their device using an APK file. APK files can be provided by MVP One upon request.

 

Use the following steps to install the app using the APK file:

1. Connect your device to your PC via a USB cable.
2. Ensure the device is connected as MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) instead of USB Installer mode.
3. Download and save the APK file provided by MVP One.
4. Open My Computer and navigate to the root folder of your Android device.
5. Drag the unzipped APK file into the device's root folder.
6. Open the App drawer on the device and find the Files folder.
7. Navigate to the device's root folder to locate the installed APK file.
8. Select the file and it will automatically install.
