Work Orders on the MVP One Mobile app feature the automatic tracking of labor hours. The tracking of a WO's Labor Hours will begin as soon as the user selects Start on the WO. The timer's tracking will end as soon as "Stop" is selected on the WO. 

 

Mobile Settings

Labor Hours will be automatically calculated as long as the corresponding setting is turned on. This setting is found in the MVP One site's "Mobile CMMS" settings. 

 

Use the following steps to activate this setting:

1. Select Administration in the bottom left.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Mobile CMMS.
4. Under Customization> Work Orders> Set "Auto-calculate labor hours?" to Yes.

 

Please note that if this setting is set to no, the labor timer will still appear on the app, but not Actual Labor will be logged.
