A user's personal information (name, email, phone, wage, birthday​​​​, ​etc.) can be updated while editing their People Record. 

 

To add someone's birthday to their record, use the following steps:

  1. Select People from the main menu.
  2. Select a People Type (Maintenance, Requestor, Contractor, Customer, TPM, Operator). 
  3. Select Edit. 
  4. Add Birthday. 
  5. Select Save.
