InformationTitleGeneration Next Due Date SettingContentContentThe Generation Next Due Date setting allows a site to control if the Start or Finish date (Requested or Scheduled) populates on a generated Work Order from the PM Calendar Asset's Next Due Date field. To access this setting: Select Administration in the lower left corner.Select Settings.Select Work.Under Workflow, you have the option to modify the Generation Next Due Date? setting. For example, if I set the Generation Next Due Date? setting to Finish. The Work Order generated from this PM will have the Next Due Date field populate the Finish Dates (2/1/2022). Since my Completion Window is set to "5", the Start dates populate with 1/27/2022. Furthermore if Estimated Labor is added to a PM, the PM Finish Date will be determined by the Labor Start Time. For example if Estimated Labor with a Start Time of 7:00 AM is added to a PM, the Scheduled End Date on the Work Order will be 7:00 AM. If 3 hours of Labor are added then it will be subtracted from the End Date, and the Scheduled Start Date will be 4:00 AM. URL NameGeneration-Next-Due-Date-Setting
