Correcting the Current Meter Reading Value If an incorrect Meter Reading was taken with the meter type "Add", you can enter in a negative value to offset the incorrect value. As an example, if you entered a value of "500" when you meant to enter a value of "50", you could enter a value of "-450" to correct the value. This will NOT correct the Meter History, it will only correct the current reading value. If there were any PMs or PdMs that were generated due to the initial bad meter reading, you will need to cancel those work orders, and if it was from a PM, you'll need to edit the PM and reset the last performed reading. Use the following steps if a Work Order was generated from a PM due to the incorrect meter reading:Select Work.Select PMs.Select the PM.Select the History tab.Make note of the Last Performed Reading value in the PM Schedule History portion of the page where the Tran Type and Sched Type both say Meter.Select Edit.Select the Scheduling tab.Select the pencil icon to the left of the Asset ID.Change the Last Performed Reading to the value you just made note of.Select OK.Select Save.URL NameFix-Incorrect-Meter-Reading
