When using the Import Wizard, the "Input string was not in the correct format" error can occur if the value entered for a field does not match the expected data type.  

For example, if a field requires a number to be entered and you enter EACH, you will receive the input string error.

 
In order to check what data type the field is expecting you can review the Import Wizard Guide using the following steps:
  1. Select the User Icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Select My Reports.
  3. Select Administration.
  4. Select Data Import Guide.
