This error will occur if the Estimated Labor Start and Finish Dates do not match the sum of Hours and OT Hours.

For example, if the difference between the Estimated Labor Start Date and the Estimated Labor Finish Date is 1 hour, then the sum of the Hours and OT Hours field must equal exactly 1.

To correct this error, do the following:

Select Work.
Select Work Orders.
Select Work Order.
Select Edit.
Select Costs.
Select the Edit icon to the left of the Estimated Labor entry (under Est. Hours).
Update Fields so that they follow logically (reference above example).
Select OK.
Select Save.
