If the same Vendor ID appears more than once on the Import Sheet being used, this error will occur. 

The easiest way to find the error lines is to use the Highlight Duplicates rule within the Conditional Formatting section of Microsoft Excel. Once found those entire rows should be deleted from the Import Sheet.
