Users of MVP One may want to sync down their Failure Analysis records from their Enterprise site. This includes both Failure Mode and Solution records. 

It is important to note that when the Sync is enabled for Failure Mode and Solution records, it will wipe the data from these tables on the local MVP One sites. Before the sync is enabled users should make sure to run the "Failure Analysis Export" report. This will allow users to export and save their local site's Failure Analysis records before they are wiped. 

 

Steps to Export Failure Modes and Solutions

1. Select Reporting.
2. Select Reports.
3. Scroll down and select the Export - Failure Analysis report.
4. Select Save and Run.
5. Select Share.
6. Select Export Excel.
