This article provides steps to edit a Line Item on a PR or PO.

Users with the appropriate Role access can edit PR or PO Line Items. After a PO has been received or a PR processed into a PO, not all fields are editable. Those fields that cannot be edited after this point will be grayed out.

 
To Edit a Line Item:
  1. Select Purchasing.
  2. Select PR or POs.
  3. Select a specific PR or PO record.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Items section. 
  6. Select the pencil icon next to the Line Item you wish to Edit.
