When a Purchase Request will not be ordered, it can be declined by users with the appropriate access based on their placement within the PR Approval Chain on that Purchase Request.

 

To decline a Purchase Request use the following steps:

1. Select Purchasing.
2. Select Purchase Requests
3. Select the Purchase Request record you want to decline.
4. Select Action. 
5. Select Decline.
6. Enter a Decline Reason. 
7. Select OK.
