Fields on Work Requests can be made hidden, read-only, required, or normal based on the choices made in the Work Settings page.

 

While logged in as an Admin user use the following steps:

1. Select Administration.
2. Select Settings. 
3. Select Work.
4. Select the Fields tab.
5. Choose the desired setup from drop-down menus.
6. Select Save.
