Notes can be copied automatically from a Purchase Request to a Purchase Order.
 
Use the following steps when logged in as an admin user to accomplish this:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings. 
  3. Select Purchasing.
  4. Under the General Tab select the "Copy PR notes to PO?" dropdown.
  5. Select Yes.
  6. Select Save.
