InformationTitleControl Instructions on Work GroupsContentContentWhen a Work Order is part of a Work Group, the Instructions of each Work Order are controlled at the Work Group level. Work Groups offer a centralized platform for managing instructions and controls related to maintenance tasks. Administrators can define specific instructions or procedures applicable to all Work Orders within the Work Group. Technicians can also complete all Work Orders instructions within the Work Group record. This eliminates the need to navigate to each Work Order to complete all instructions, thus saving time and reducing the risk of missed steps. To control instructions from a Work Group (WG) instead of each WO on the WG, use the following steps when logged in as an Admin user: Select Administration.Select Settings.Select Work.Set the Control Instructions from Work Groups field to Yes. Click the Save button once completed. By enabling this setting, it will restrict users to only check off and complete Instructions from a Work Group Record. If a Work Order is not part of a Work Group, you can check off Instructions as normal, enabling this setting will only affect Work Orders that are part of a Work Group.URL NameControl-Instructions-on-Work-Groups
