When Shipping Costs are added to a Purchase Order, a single value is added and then distributed to the various line items by either the Cost or Quantity of those line items. Local administrators can determine how this distribution occurs by adjusting the settings.

 

To control how shipping costs are distributed on PO Line Items do the following when logged in as a local admin:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Purchasing.
  4. Change Distribute By setting to the desired option.
  5. Select Save.
