Change Work Order Status on Print

This article explains how to configure your settings so that WO Statuses are changed when a Work Order is printed.

Local administrators can set the Status of a Work Order to automatically change when the Work Order is printed.

Use the followings steps to automatically change the WO status when printing:

Select Administration.
Select Settings.
Select Work.
Select the Work Flow Tab.
On the right side, under Status Changing, in the drop-down menu for "Printing Ready WOs?" select "In Process"
Click Save when done.
