Spare Part Lists cannot be deleted if they are associated with an Asset. Once the association is removed, they can be deleted.

To remove the Asset - Spare Part List association do the following:

Select Assets (from the side menu bar).
Select Asset Class (Equipment, Location, etc).
Select Asset that has that Spare Part List.
Select Edit.
Select Spare Parts section.
Select the red x to remove the Spare Parts List.
Select OK.

In order to do the above, you will need Role access sufficient enough to access and edit Assets. If you do not have this access level you'll need to have your local administrator adjust your Role appropriately.
