Use the following steps to Cancel a Work Order: Select Work.Select Work Orders.Navigate to a Work Order record. Select Action. Select Cancel. Enter a Cancelled Reason. Select OK. Note that access to the Cancel Action is controlled via Role Setup. If you do not have access to this action, you will need to contact your local administrator to adjust your Role.
