The Blanket POs Action Menu can be accessed by using the following steps:

1. Select Purchasing.
2. Select Blanket POs.
3. Select a specific Blanket PO.
4. Select the Action button.

 

 

Action

 

Approve

This action will allow you to Approve a Blanket PO.

 

Close Expired

This action will allow you to close all of the Blanket POs that have an End Date before the current day. 

 

Decline

This action will allow you to Decline the selected Blanket PO.

 

Edit Attachments

This action will allow you to Add new attachments to the selected Blanket PO. You can also Remove attachments from the selected Blanket PO.

 

Print Receiver

This action will allow you to Print a Receiver for the selected Blanket PO.

 

Reset Approval

This action will allow you to Unapprove the selected Blanket PO.
