Work Orders can be manually assigned, or automatically assigned to the owner of an Asset.
 
To assign all new Work Orders or Requests to the Owner of an Asset, use the following steps while logged in as an admin user:
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Work
  4. Under "Always Assign a Work Order to Owner" select "Yes."
  5. Select save when complete.
