Asset records can be accessed from the MVP One Mobile App using the Search function. After opening an Asset record various actions can be performed including creating a Work Order for that Asset. 

 

 

Create Work Order:

This action will allow you to create a Work Order for the chosen Asset.

 

 

Maintenance History:

This section allows users to view all of the Work Orders that have been created for the chosen Asset. By default this section will only display the last two Completed Work Orders. Selecting "View All" will display a full list of all WO Orders created for this Asset. 

 

 

Spare Parts List:

Selecting a Spare Parts List under this section will open a searchable list of all the Parts on the SPL.

 

 

Meters:

This section will show any Meters that have been linked to this Asset. Selecting one of the Meters from this list will open up its Meter record. 

 

 

Linked Assets:

This section will display all of the Assets linked to this Asset in the Asset Tree. Selecting one of the Assets from this list will open its Asset record. 

 

 

Attachments:

This section will allow Users to attach images to the Asset record. Select the plus sign symbol under "Photos" to attach an image. This will give you the choice to take a photo using your device's camera, or upload an existing photo saved on your device.
