InformationTitleAsset Downtime ReportContentContentThis report can be found under My Reports> Assets> Downtime. The Downtime report will show you the actual downtime of an asset, based on the dates you've chosen from the report parameters. Click on your User Icon (Top right-hand corner).Click on My ReportsClick on Assets.Click on Downtime.Choose the Date Range parameter and if you want to see Open or Closed WOs.Click on "Run Report" to see the results of the data. The report has the following parameter(s): TitleThe value entered will be displayed at the top of the report.FooterThe value entered will be displayed at the bottom of the report.ColumnsThe values checked will display those columns when the report is generated.Date RangeThe value chosen will be used for the date range, or "Use Dates" will use the Start and End Dates.Start DateThe value entered will be the start of the date range when using "Use Dates".End DateThe value entered will be the end of the date range when using "Use Dates".ClassThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Asset IDThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.WO StateThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Include DataThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Include GraphThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Include WO Details?When set to True the Work Order information will be displayed.DepartmentThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Downtime TypeThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Work TypeThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.Use Available Hours on Graph?When set to True, the Available Hours calcuation will be used on the Graph. The report has the following special formulas: Available DowntimeThe Available Downtime is the downtime based on Plant Availability. The Downtime is calculated based on when the Work Order was created, and when it was Completed. Only time between those dates, when the Plant was available, will be counted towards downtime.
