Asset Availability is found in the Asset module. The purpose of this section is to set up and display when Assets are available for Production.

Availability IDs can then be attached to an Asset ID for more reporting data points.

 

Creating Asset Availability

 

To create an Availability ID use the following steps:

1. Select Assets.
2. Select Availability.
3. Select New.
4. Enter an Availability ID.
5. Enter a Start Date for the Availability.
6. Select "Add" to enter Start Times and Hours. 
7. Select Save. 

 

 

How to Fill Out an Asset Availability Record

 

General

Availability ID: The Availability ID is the unique name of the Availability record.

Description: This field allows users to provide descriptive information about the Availability record.

Start Date: This field indicates the date that the Availability starts. 

 

Days: This section displays the days of the week that have been added to the Availability record.
