The Asset Action Menu can be accessed by using the following steps:

1. Select Assets.
2.  Select Asset Type (Equipment, Locations, Repairable Spares, Systems)
3.  Select a specific Asset
4. Select the Action button

All action availability is controlled via Role Setup. If you are unable to access a specific action, please contact your site Administrator to request access. 

 

 

Create

Work Order

This action will allow you to create a Work Order directly from the Asset record.

 

Work Request

This action will allow you to create a Work Request directly from the Asset record.

 

 

Action

Out of Service

This action will allow you to mark an Asset as Out of Service.

 

Activate Asset Tree

This action will all you to activate the selected asset and all of the Children Assets linked under it in the Asset Tree. 

 

Inactivate Asset Tree

This action will allow you to inactivate the selected asset and all of the Children Assets linked under it in the Asset Tree. 

 

Down

This action will allow you to set the selected Asset as Down and select a Down Reason.

 

Calculate ACR

This action will allow you to determine the ACR Priority for the selected Asset by answering the listed questions.

 

Exceptions

This action will allow you to Add Labor Exceptions to the selected Asset.

 

Order Spare Parts

This action will allow you to create a Purchase Request based on a Spare Parts List linked to the selected Asset. You can use this to quickly and easily create a Purchase Request for Kitted Parts.

 

Print Label

This action will generate a PDF containing an Asset Barcode Label as pictured above.  

 

Update GPS Location

This action will update the Latitude and Longitude fields on the selected Asset.

 

Print QR Code

This action will generate a QR Code for the selected asset and allow you to print it.

 

Print Submitters QR Code

This action will generate a Submitters QR Code for the selected asset and allow you to print it.
