Approve and Ship Enterprise Part Transfer

This article explains how to transfer Parts from one local site to another. This will only apply to Enterprise linked sites.

Sites connected via an Enterprise implementation of MVP can transfer Parts from one site to another. This will Ship (remove) the Part quantity from one site (with a Checkout Transaction) and add it to another site (with a Quick Receive Transaction).

The Request can be viewed, Approved, and Shipped from the Parts Request Page.

To Approve a Part Transfer Request do the following:

Select Inventory.
Select Part Requests.
Select Shipping.
Select correct row.
Select Action.
Select Approve.
Select OK.

To Ship a Part Transfer Request and take it Out of Stock do the following:

Select Inventory.
Select Part Requests.
Select Shipping.
Select correct row.
Select Action.
Select Ship.
Select Warehouse and Stock Location to Ship from.
Select OK.
