Approving a Purchase Request is the first step in generating a Purchase Order.

To approve a Purchase Request use the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing.
2. Select Purchase Requests.
3. Select the Purchase Request you want to approve.
4. Select Action.
5. Select Approve.

You must be on the site's Approval Chain in order to approve PRs. If you were added to the chain after the PR was created use the Reset Approval action to update the PR. You can view the current users that have approved the PR by clicking on the Approval tab of the PR.

If any PR Line Items are missing the Vendor, the PR cannot be approved.
