Your companies logo can be placed on all Purchase Orders by adding it to the settings as a local administrator.

To add a company logo to your Purchase Orders do the following when logged in as a local administrator:

Select Administration.
Select Settings.
Select Purchasing.
Select the Printing tab.
Select Change.
Choose and select File.
Select OK.
Select Save.

The image file will work best when using an aspect ratio of 30:13. The size of the image space itself is 150 pixels wide by 65 pixels high, but it is the aspect ratio that is most important when choosing or creating the image.
