Text Readings are used to give users a drop-down of choices they can select from when completing an Instruction Step.

Use the following steps to add a Text Reading to an Instruction Set:

1. Select Work.
2. Select Instructions.
3. Select New or select an Instruction Set.
4. Add an instruction step or select an instruction step.
5. Select the appropriate Text Reading from the Text Reading drop-down menu.
6. Repeat steps 4-5 for any remaining steps.
7. Select Save.

Text Readings can then be set up on a PdM to trigger a WO based on a Text Reading.
