The Add Actual Spare Part action will record the transaction against the Work Order and show up in the Part History. The costs will be charged to the Work Order upon completion of the action. The Inventory stock levels will be reduced by the quantity issued.

In order to use the Add Actual Spare Part action from a Work Order use the following steps:

1. Select Work
2. Select Work Orders.
3. Select a WO record.
4. Select Action.
5. Select Add Actual Part.
6. Select the Part and Qty.
7. Select OK.
