When adding an attachment to a Purchase Request the "Add to PO" checkbox can be checked once the attachment has been uploaded. If checked, this will list the PR Attachment on the associated PO.

 

Use the following steps to utilize this checkbox:

1. Select Purchasing (from the side menu bar).
2. Select Purchase Requests.
3. Find Purchase Request to add Attachment to.
4. Select Edit.
5. Select the Attachment tab.
6. Click "Click here or drag a file."
7. Select and Upload File.
8. Check the "Add to PO" checkbox.
9. Select Save.
