To add a User as Actual or Estimated Labor to a Work Order, that User must have a Craft associated with them.

 
To add a Craft to a User, use the following steps:
  1. Select People (from side menu bar).
  2. Select Maintenance.
  3. Navigate to the relevant User to edit.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Employment tab.
  6. Select the green plus symbol next to "Wage".
  7. Select Craft.
  8. Enter Rate (it can be 0).
  9. Enter OT Rate (it can be 0).
  10. Select Primary (if the User will have multiple Crafts, this one will always appear first).
  11. Select OK.
  12. Repeat steps 6 - 11 as necessary.
  13. Select Save.
