Materials allow users to add costs for Services or Parts that are not maintained in MVP One.

To add Material costs use the following steps:

  1. Select Work.
  2. Select Work Orders.
  3. Select a specific Work Order.
  4. Select Action.
  5. Add Actual Material.
  6. Enter Material ID.
  7. Enter a value for the Total Cost.
  8. Select OK.
