Budgets Report

 

The Budgets Report details the budgets and costs associated with each Account Module record (Accounts, Departments, Cost Centers, Expense Classes). It is a report version of the data available when selecting Calculate on the Accounts page.

 
The report has the following parameter(s):
 
TitleThe value entered will be displayed at the top of the report.
FooterThe value entered will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
DisplayThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Financial PeriodThe report will use the type of Financial Period chosen here.
Custom YearIf Custom is chosen in the Financial Period option, the Custom Year selected here will be used.
Calendar YearThe report will return results using this calendar year
Accounts IDThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Department IDThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Cost Center IDThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Expense Class IDThe report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Display Labor SeparatelyWhen set to true, Labor costs will be displayed separately for Cost Centers, Departments and Expense Classes.
