Account Record

After opening an Account record users will be able to view information about the Account's description as well as the Account budget broken down by month.

 

Account: This is the designated Account ID for the Part Account

Description: Users can input information about the Account here in order to differentiate it between other Accounts.

Budget Table: Fiscal information of the Account can be found in this table broken down by month.

• Budget - The designated dollar amount for this account in a given month.
• Parts - The dollar amount this account has been charged for Parts in a given month. 
• Variance - The difference between the Budget and Parts for a given month.
