Pending - The Work Request is awaiting approval. Only Work Requests have this status. This is the default status of the Work Request indicating no action has been taken on it.Ready - When a Work Order is ready for the next step in the workflow process.Scheduled - When a work order has scheduled dates.In Process - When a work order is currently being worked on. This status can be manually set or automatically when Printing Ready, or Scheduled Work Orders, or when adding Parts or Labor via Action > Add Part, or Add Labor.Hold - When a work order or work request is on hold and work is not being done. This can be done manually or via Action > Hold. Please note that a Sub-Status will be required when putting a WO on Hold. Completed - When a work order is complete and work is completely done. This can be done manually by entering an Actual Finish Date, or via Action > Complete. It can also be changed automatically when adding Labor based on the "Update Actual Finish Date when adding Labor" setting.Declined - The Work Request was declined and not turned into a Work Order. All Declined Work Requests are in Work Order History. This is done via Action > Decline.Canceled - When a work order is unnecessary. All Cancelled Work Orders are in Work Order History. This is done via Action > Cancel. State vs Status State: This indicates whether a WO is Open or Closed. Status: This indicates where a WO or WR is in their respective workflow. This can be set to any of the statuses highlighted above. In Process Status Settings: Printing Ready WOs? - Applies when the Work Order has a Ready Status.Printing Scheduled WOs? - Applies when the Work Order has a Scheduled Status.Adding Parts? - Triggered via Action > Add Actual Part.Adding Labor?- Triggered via Action > Add Actual Labor.
