InformationTitleWork Order HistoryContentContentThe Work Order History can be accessed by selecting Work and then WO History. When Work Orders are Closed (do not have a State of Open), they will be moved into the WO History page. For a list of actions that can be performed from the WO History, please reference this article. Work Order ID: This field provides a unique name for the Work Order record. Asset ID: This field identifies the Asset record that the work is being performed on. Description: This field is used to provide additional details about the Work Order. Work Group ID: This field displays the Work Group that this Work Order is linked to. PM ID: This field displays the PM record that the WO was generated from. Expense Class: This field is used to link an Expense Class to the WO. Parent WO: This field identifies the WO that this WO was created as a follow up to. Type: This field is used to link a Work Type to this WO. Latitude: This displays the physical latitude of the Asset linked to this WO. Longitude: This displays the physical longitude of the Asset linked to this WO. Status: This field displays the status of this WO. Sub-Status: This field displays the sub-status of the WO. This can be used to provide additional details about the WO status. Print: This checkbox displays whether or not this WO has been printed. If the box is checked, it has not been printed. Pick List: This checkbox displays whether or not this WO's picklist has been printed. If the checkbox is checked, then the pick list will be printed when using the Print All Pick Lists action. Warranty ID: This check box will indicate if the linked Asset is still covered under its warranty. If the checkbox is checked, then the Asset is still covered under its warranty. Origin: This field indicates where the Work Order was created. This can be either "Browser" or "Mobile", depending on where the WO was created. Failure Mode: This field allows you to link a Failure Mode to the WO. This will indicate how the linked Asset failed or broke down. Solution: This field is linked to the Failure Mode. This will indicate how the Asset's failure can be fixed or solved. Project ID: This field will allow you to link a Project record to the WO. Project Stage ID: This field indicates what stage of the Project this Work Order is a part of. Notes: This section allows you to add additional notes and note templates to the Work Order. Closed Date: This field indicates what date the State of the Work Order was changed from Open to Closed.
