Tax is a calculated field that is determined by the Tax Code used on a Line Item.

 

To add a Tax Code to a Line Item do the following:
  1. Select Purchasing (from top menu bar).
  2. Select Purchase Order.
  3. Select New (or Edit).
  4. Select Items tab.
  5. Add Line Item (or Edit existing Line Item by click on pencil icon).
  6. Select "Taxable?".
  7. Select Tax Code.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Steps Repeat 5 - 8 as necessary.
  10. Select Save.
