The Spare Parts Lists Action Menu can be accessed by using the following steps:

1.  Assets
2.  Spare Parts Lists
3. Select a specific Spare Part List
4.  Select the Action Button

All action availability is controlled via Role Setup. If you are unable to access a specific action, please contact your site Administrator to request access.

Order

This action will allow you to create a Purchase Request for the Parts contained in the Spare Parts List.

 

Update Lists

This action will allow you to manually update the Spare Part List with any parts that have been used for associated assets in the given date range.

This action will only be relevant if your site does not have Spare Parts Lists set to automatically update. Using this action will allow you to quickly add any new parts that have been used on linked Assets, without having to add the parts individually.
